Think of our ’Journeys’ like a warm, comforting hug from a friend, and like a nourishing private women’s circle but just for you. To hold space for yourself as you shed what no longer serves you, emerge into your truth and embrace all that you are. A wonder-FULL gift from yourself, to crack you wide open and give you freedom in health and in life.
These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and are designed for women to relax, learn, nourish your heart space, and nurture your soul. We incorporate meditation, cards, crystals, journaling, essential oils, visualisation, gentle intuitive movement, and mantra. In some journeys, we also provide general guidance on nutrition, stress management, movement, and natural health.
We may look into fear, anger, confusion, truth, loneliness, guilt, and turn those feelings into courage, acceptance, gratitude, belief, trust, clarity, freedom, and love!
Whether you’re a beginner or you’re just looking for a new meditation experience, we have workshops, classes and 1:1 meditation coaching to suit everyone’s individual needs.
All our our meditations are intuitively guided, which means no experience is the same and the session can be tailored to your specific needs and experience level.
Sessions run for 30-60 minutes and may also include cards, crystals, journaling, essential oils, visualisation, gentle intuitive movement, mantra and more.
Group workshops are held regularly, both online and in person.
Personalised sessions are generally one-on-one, however we can also arrange specialised sessions and programs for couples or groups. Package deals are also available at a discounted rate for one-on-one programs.

Pregnancy and giving birth is a huge stress on the physical body, not to mention the emotional and mental load. Stress can also have an impact on pregnancy and birth outcomes. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, pain relief or stress management during your pregnancy, or looking to have a relaxed, intervention-free birth experience, we can support you throughout.
Sometimes it can be difficult to understand the deep origins of pain and trauma, be it physical, emotional or mental. Gentle inward awareness allows us the space to listen to our bodies, gain clarity on what’s gone on and what it needs, without any judgment, so you're the able to move forward with healing.
Suffering from chronic illness, pain or ongoing health issues and it’s taking a toll on your mental health? Our journeys and meditations offer you the opportunity to explore the pain and discomfort, ask what it can teach you, and to allow acceptance so you can focus on getting better. It’s not about learning to live with pain and illness, it’s about awareness and acceptance so your body can feel safe and healing can occur.
An inward journey to self is a truly nourishing gift that can help us to find comfort, acceptance, and love. It can help us to delve deeper into the wisdom of our heart to find the inner clarity we’ve been searching for so we can understand, heal, and connect with ourselves and others in a meaningful way.
For locals within the Canberra region sessions are held in person, usually at the Heart2Heart Centre in Queanbeyan. Please book at least 3 days in advance to ensure the centre can be booked.
In some circumstances, sessions may be able to be held in person in your own home. Additional charges apply for travel more than 30km outside of Queanbeyan (eg. Murrumbateman, Yass, Braidwood etc).
For people outside of the Canberra region, sessions are run via Zoom.
All session times are in Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time. Sessions outside of business hours may be able to be arranged. Please email krissy.nourishnurturehealth@gmail.com to enquire.
